These Terms govern your use of Until, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using Until, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Until is provided to help you count down to and prepare for events. Countdowns, reminders and milestones are provided as conveniences; you should not rely on them as your sole reminder for time-critical or safety-critical matters.
Until is free to use. Until Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that removes advertising and unlocks every theme, cover style and app icon. It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings or Google Play. Payments are charged to your Apple Account or Google account and handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends, and every countdown stays on your device either way.
The free version of Until shows limited ads, and offers optional rewarded ads for temporary cosmetic unlocks. Ads are served by third parties such as Google AdMob and are subject to their terms.
Your events and preparation data are stored on your device only. Until has no account and does not sync between devices. You can export a copy of your data from Settings at any time; you are responsible for maintaining your device and backups.
The Until name, app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Until, including any missed event or reminder.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
